2 year old patient Jawid Ahmad Sulaiman Khail and his attendant (Father) received Medical Visas to travel from Afghanistan to The Mission Hospital for Free Open-Heart Surgery. Patient Jawid was also cared for in the Hospital for 120 days.

The seven-year-old boy is recovering from amputation surgery, He was playing full of landmines. Dr. Ramin cared for him. He needs our help for antibiotics pain medicine and post operative care. Only two of Afghanistan’s 29 provinces are believed to be free of landmines.

9 year-old Sheffi, supported his family by chopping wood. He was hit by a car and both of his legs were damaged. Dr. Ramin was able to save one leg. Sheffi received a prosthetic leg.

7 year-old Ahmad Khalid from Faryab Province broke is arm, his family, too poor to travel, ultimately received care, however the arm was amputated. He recovered and received a prosthetic.
